We are absolutely delighted to have been announced as the NTU Apprentice Employer of the Year – Medium Enterprise for 2023!

We currently employ seven apprentices across the Level 6 Chartered Quantity Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Course at NTU. We are delighted with the incredible progress every apprentice has made.

RJA has a Corporate Social Responsibility Programme to support activities that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work. The programme allows our staff paid time off to give back and support the community. At the same time, we recognise that participating in these sorts of activities enriches the lives of the participants.

Our Nottingham team recently took part in their CSR day at the Himmah Food Bank in Nottingham. They painted the ground floor lobby/waiting room, the toilet and the 1st floor (Kitchen and meeting area for staff) with the colours matching the logo of the charity.

All our Clerks of Works are full-time specialist construction quality inspectors. With Clerks of Works spread across the country from Yorkshire in the North to London in the South, this ensures we can provide a truly national coverage of inspection services.

We work with the developers/contractors to ensure -

• The homes for our clients are built to current Building Regulations.
• The correct materials are used throughout the build.
• Every component is fitted to Manufacturer’s guidelines.
• The plots are built to programme.
• Each plot is snagged, back snagged and handed over to our client with minimal defects.
• Quality is adhered to as to minimise the need for maintenance in the future.
• Fire risk is reduced, and Fire Regulations are followed.
