Professor Carlos Moreno wants to change that. He makes the case for the '15-minute city,' where inhabitants have access to all the services they need to live, learn and thrive within their immediate vicinity.

In this latest CC Live webisode from The Island Quarter, Prof. Moreno discusses how the concept works in practice, and whether Nottingham has the potential to become the first true 15-minute city.

The webisode will feature a keynote presentation from Prof. Moreno, as well as interviews with:
