We are delighted to invite you to join us for a breakfast event at the brand new 1TIQ, an exciting food, drink and entertainment venue, featuring Binks Yard – a canal-level bar and restaurant – and Cleaver & Wake, a finer dining experience headed by chef patron Laurence Henry.

The date is Tuesday 11 October 2022, 8.00am arrival for an 8.30am start to presentations and tours. We aim to finish no later than 10.30am.

1TIQ is the first phase of The Island Quarter regeneration site in Nottingham. This 36-acre £1.4 billion development is a ‘city within a city’ and is set to be unique not just for Nottingham, but for the Midlands and the UK. The transformational redevelopment will bring vibrant green spaces, new homes and quality office, leisure and creative spaces to Nottingham, creating a vibrant community as part of the city’s Southside regeneration.

Hear from Richard Watson, who is responsible for the project delivery of The Island Quarter development and also John Whitehead, food, beverage and events project director at 1TIQ.

This will be followed by a tour of Binks Yard and Cleaver & Wake plus an opportunity to network with fellow members.
