Join us for our first event of 2025 - Exploring the New Procurement Act on Tuesday 4 February, 9.30am to 12.00pm.
The Procurement Act is a new law that creates a new and improved set of procurement regulations. The development of the Act was prompted by the UK leaving the EU in 2020 and intends to create a simpler, more flexible, commercial system that better meets the country’s needs, while remaining compliant with international obligations.In April 2024 the Cabinet Office's announced an intended “go-live” of October 2024, but that has subsequently been delayed to late February 2025.
