We are an experienced residential and commercial property developer working across the UK and focusing on Build-to-Rent, affordable homes, roadside and grocery retail, industrial and logistics schemes, and strategic land promotion.
Our diversified national pipeline exceeds £1 billion in value across 3 million sq. ft. of development and includes 3,200+ residential units. Headquartered in Birmingham, and with offices in Central London and Nottingham, we stand out for our knowledgeable in-house team, industry-leading advisory board, start-to-finish capabilities for delivery and access to our own development finance.
We work closely with a range of stakeholders – from land and property owners, agents, architects, and other real estate contacts, to investment funds, end users, local authorities, residents and communities - to secure land opportunities and transform them into new and desirable destinations.
Key projects in our portfolio include multifamily and single-family housing for rent, affordable homes, purpose-built student accommodation, and supermarkets and roadside retail destinations for brands such a Lidl, McDonald’s, Burger King, Euro Garages, Greggs, Starbucks and Costa Coffee. Our team works also closely with electric vehicle charging providers, helping them power the UK’s low carbon future.
In November last year, we announced that we had formed a JV partnership with a leading institutional real estate investor which is focused on creating a £1bn portfolio of professionally managed homes across UK urban and suburban BTR markets.
At present, we also have a pipeline capability of over 1 million sq. ft of A graded industrial and logistics development, with an estimated end value of £250 million – and seeking to secure more opportunities in prime locations, in close proximity to key motorways and A road networks.
