Pulse Consult 2026 Spotlight

In just over 15 years, Pulse Consult has grown from its East Midlands roots into a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy operating nationally and internationally. Today, our nearly 90-strong team works across six UK offices, alongside new international operations in Switzerland and the United States.

It has been another significant year for Pulse, with the business growing by 60% over the past 12 months. More than 92% of our work continues to come from repeat clients – reflecting the long-term relationships and trusted advice that remain central to our culture.

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire continue to play an important part in our story. We are proud to collaborate with long-standing clients including University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University, while our work with Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust, Ashfield District Council and Redhill Academy Trust reflects our continued support for healthcare, education, and our communities across the region.
