Would you like to visit the ilke Homes factory in Knaresborough to see the production and hear about their modular home building construction?

ilke Homes are pioneering modular home building and high-quality offsite construction. Using modern construction methods, they are delivering precision-engineered homes quicker than traditional methods and providing additional capacity to the housebuilding sector.

Homes are built in a controlled environment using methods which accelerates the construction process. This enables consistently high-quality and energy-efficient homes to be built in half the time of a traditional new build.

Using the latest modular construction techniques, combined with manufacturing processes at the factory ilke Homes can design, develop and deliver quality offsite homes.

By providing an innovative solution to the UK’s housing shortage as a modular homes supplier, ilke Homes are delivering much-needed homes speedily and efficiently in a flexible way which aims to supplement rather than replace traditional construction.

The day will start with an 8.30am meet at the Nottingham Racecourse Park and Ride. The journey will take approx 2 hours.

Upon arrival there will be a tour of the facilities, a presentation and lunch. We aim to drop you back at The Racecourse around 3.30pm.

Please note that you will need to bring your own safety footwear with you for this event. All other PPE can be provided.
