70% of Phase Two Homes at Trent Basin Snapped Up
Nottingham waterside neighbourhood, Trent Basin is proving extremely popular among homebuyers, with more than 70% of homes in Phase Two already sold or reserved.
Situated by the hook of the historical River Trent, the development opened its doors to its Phase Two show home in May and has since seen a flurry of homebuyers keen to snap up the beautiful homes and experience the relaxing, waterside lifestyle on offer.
Attracting an array of first-time buyers, families and couples, 21 out of the 30 homes which were available for sale in Phase Two have now been reserved or sold.
With just nine houses now available in Phase Two, Trent Basin’s award-winning developers, Blueprint Regeneration are not expecting the homes to be on the market for long. This includes three townhouses which takes their inspiration from the houses that line the streets of the canals in Amsterdam. The three-bedroom houses are a modern reimaging of the classic townhouse, providing flexible living over three storeys and prices start from just £245,000.
Four of the luxurious river front homes have also been reserved or sold in a matter of months, leaving just seven of the much sought-after homes on the market. Situated on the waterfront, these homes are truly special in that they feature striking roof terraces, floor to ceiling windows and a winter garden with a retractable full-length window to maximise views of the River Trent and Rushcliffe beyond. These homes are priced from just £420,000.
Sam Veal, Chief Executive of Blueprint, said: “Each of the homes at Trent Basin provide a different way of living in the heart of Nottingham. Homebuyers are able to enjoy a calm, relaxing lifestyle near the water’s edge while being just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Nottingham city centre. Each of the homes have been individually designed to maximise views of the River Trent, including incorporating unique characteristics such as roof terraces and Winter Gardens and we believe it is these little touches that have made the homes so popular.
“With many of our homes now reserved or sold, there are now only nine houses left for sale in Phase Two and we do not expect these to be on the market for long. At this time of year, many people start considering a perfect new home for 2020, so we urge homebuyers not to wait.”
