70% of Phase Two Homes at Trent Basin Snapped Up


Nottingham waterside neighbourhood, Trent Basin is proving extremely popular among homebuyers, with more than 70% of homes in Phase Two already sold or reserved.

Situated by the hook of the historical River Trent, the development opened its doors to its Phase Two show home in May and has since seen a flurry of homebuyers keen to snap up the beautiful homes and experience the relaxing, waterside lifestyle on offer.

Attracting an array of first-time buyers, families and couples, 21 out of the 30 homes which were available for sale in Phase Two have now been reserved or sold.

With just nine houses now available in Phase Two, Trent Basin’s award-winning developers, Blueprint Regeneration are not expecting the homes to be on the market for long. This includes three townhouses which takes their inspiration from the houses that line the streets of the canals in Amsterdam.
