Aspbury Planning relocate offices
Award-winning East Midlands planning consultancy, Aspbury Planning Ltd, has successfully relocated to an office space in the heart of Nottingham City Centre. The company’s office can now be found at 12a Oxford Street.
Previously sited at Park Lane Business Centre, Basford, the relocation places a strong emphasis on efficient ways of working and presence in a vibrant area of Nottingham.
In 2022 Denise Knipe became Managing Director and in 2023 the business celebrated its 40th Anniversary. The recent office move marks a continuation of the business’s success and bright future.
Managing Director, Denise Knipe, explained , “Our previous office premises were underutilised due to hybrid ways of working, streamlined processes and our ongoing commitment to carbon reduction . Being in the city allows our expertise to be more accessible and provides greater opportunities for clients to drop in to discuss projects whilst conducting business with local professionals. It also reduces our carbon footprint decreasing travel with greater access to public transport for the team.”
As expert town planning consultants with four decades of experience in understanding and interpreting planning policy, Aspbury Planning takes the headache out of second guessing what might be deemed acceptable by the local planning authority.
Current projects include the expansion of employment development at Overfield Park, Newark, redevelopment of the demolished Sherwood E-ACT Academy in Gedling and the redevelopment of the Grade II listed Nottingham War Rooms building and wider site for housing.
The calibre of clients and the scale of commissions are measures of Aspbury Planning’s capability – but the same quality of service is offered to everyone who walks through the door, including even the smallest of planning projects.
