Gateley names new head of 130-strong Nottingham office - further promotions also confirmed in the city
Professional services group Gateley has named a new office head for its 130-strong Nottingham team. The appointment comes alongside a string of promotions across its property platform, including a partner.
Partner Adam Youatt has been appointed as the new office head in Nottingham. Youatt will oversee an office which offers expertise across Gateley's key platforms: property, employment, corporate and business services; as well as being home to many of the group's complementary consultancy businesses, including Gateley IP, its fully integrated intellectual property service.
He will continue to act as the head of real estate in the region and continue to play a role in Gateley's real estate practice, working with investment funds, occupiers, and both public and private sector organisations.
Meanwhile, Lauren Jeffrey has been promoted to residential development partner. Jeffrey acts for housebuilders and developers dealing with residential development schemes and also has experience acting for landowners. She advises clients on land acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land options, as well as promotion agreements and disposals of affordable housing plots.
There are also promotions for three real estate lawyers as Nathan Allaway becomes legal director, while Daniella Sirovica and Kim Grundstrom advance to associate.
Youatt said: "Congratulations to each of our lawyers on their very well-earned promotions. At Gateley, we place great emphasis on helping our colleagues to develop and progress and these promotions are testament to the hard work that they have each shown in delivering fantastic results for our clients.
"On a personal note, I am also very pleased to be appointed office head in Nottingham. I have been with the business for more than 15 years, so it gives me great pleasure to be tasked with supporting the Nottingham office as a key component of Gateley.
"I look forward to building on the good work done in the past, both professionally and in supporting local organisations and initiatives."
These promotions are part of 69 announced by Gateley across the UK and Dubai, including 11 made up to partner.
