INNES ENGLAND BOOSTS RETAIL AND ROADSIDE TEAM WITH NEW HIRE

MIDLANDS property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its Retail and Roadside team with the appointment of Jack Ward as Associate Director.

Jack secured his first graduate role while still studying at Nottingham Trent University. After graduating with a First-Class Honours degree in Property Finance and Investment in 2013, he gained experience in retail and leisure markets both as an agent and as an Acquisition Surveyor for a number of well-known brands.

Innes England, which has offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester, has recently appointed new starters across all three offices and continues to expand the team across the region as part of an ambitious strategy for growth.

Jack said: “Making the move to Innes England was a really easy decision, as their brand values really resonate with me. This is a great opportunity to work with a fantastic stable of clients as well as the freedom to grow the retail, roadside and leisure team into new markets.

Throughout his career, Jack has worked with some of the leading retail and leisure brands in the UK to support their acquisition programmes.
