New Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Construction and Retrofit in Nottinghamshire

Nottingham Trent University, School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment is pleased to announce their new Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Construction and Retrofit based in Mansfield.

An event is being held on Wednesday 25 May, 2pm - 4pm at NTU University Centre, Mansfield.

Businesses and stakeholders are invited to hear about the new Centre and of sustainability and retrofitting programmes on offer to up-skill the current workforce and provide valuable new skills for future talent.

The agenda includes:

• skills gap research and insights into construction skills required to meet new legislations regarding low carbon buildings,
• an introduction to the HNC Future Homes Design and Construction Management programme and series of micro courses, and
• a tour of the University Centre.

There will also be an opportunity to network.
