New head of commercial at Lovell Renew Central

Refurbishment and retrofit housing specialist Lovell Renew Central has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of a new head of commercial. 

Andy Webster, who has more than 15 years' experience across facilities management and social housing, will lead the commercial side of the business to help drive its continued expansion across the Midlands. 

In his previous roles, he has worked alongside local councils, combined authorities and with frameworks to support social housing improvement programmes.

He said: "Lovell Renew stood out to me because it offers the opportunity to be part of a business that is ambitious and growing, while still having the backing and stability of a national builder. It feels like a fresh start within an established brand, with a real focus on delivery and making a meaningful impact in people’s homes and communities.  

"As head of commercial, I'm looking forward to leading and developing the commercial team, supporting collaboration across the business and helping create opportunities for the next generation coming into the industry. 

"There's a real ambition within the team and a shared ethos of doing the right thing, being easy to talk to and showing that we care, which really aligns with my own values."

Alongside Webster's appointment, five key members of staff have been promoted internally over the past year, including Scott Turley, who has recently advanced to operations director after 11 years with the business. 

Turley said: "Having worked with Lovell for over a decade, I have been lucky enough to collaborate with some fantastic people who have supported and helped me develop as a person both personally and professionally. 

"For someone who left school many years ago with no qualifications, to reach the position I have is something I am immensely proud of. I am also proud to represent Lovell Renew and I'm looking forward to the exciting times we have ahead."
