Pulse Consult are delighted to announce that we have been successfully appointed to Leicester City Council’s Consultancy Framework for Programme and Project Management for a minimum 3 years. In recent years, Pulse’s team of experienced consultants has helped deliver a number of major and minor new build and refurbishment projects in Leicester and for the public sector in general.

We are sector specialists in Housing, Education, (including FE / HE), Heritage, Health, Civil Engineering and Highways. We’re proud to be a part of the City of Leicester, its economy and its community. Our vision of our role on the PAN2200 Framework is to be an extension of the Estates and Building Services team at Leicester City Council, to help them deliver the highest quality service for their internal clients and ultimately for the people of Leicester.

Leicester Office Director Phil McKiernan said, “This is the result of several years of hard work and dedication to the City of Leicester. I’m very proud that we’re considered as a delivery partner to The City Council and we look forward to serving its people by delivering the best service possible”

Matt Wallace, Leicester City Council’s Director of Estates and Building Services said “Pulse have supported the Council on a number of key projects for the city over several years. Securing a place on this consultancy framework will enable the Council and its partners to collaborate more efficiently, to add value, innovate and ultimately to delivery exceptional built asset outcomes that will benefit the people of Leicester now and into the future”
