Road to Excellence: Meet Danaher & Walsh’s New Operations Director

Danaher & Walsh (Civil Engineering) Ltd is delighted to welcome Sean McCallion to our team. Joining us as Operations Director, Sean brings with him a wealth of experience across multiple civil engineering disciplines.

Having worked in the industry for more than 30 years, Sean has joined us on our journey at an exciting time as we win more, larger projects in line with our growth strategy.

A staunch family man himself, Sean was attracted to Danaher & Walsh because of our collaborative culture and our family ethos.

Sean's experience includes working on huge projects such as the Olympics and Crossrail; he has been instrumental in Joint Ventures and has sat on strategic Boards. He is driven by working collaboratively to achieve common goals.

In his spare time, Sean loves sport - he is a Blackburn Rovers supporter and a Leicester Tigers fan. As well as spectating sports, Sean also plays sport himself . . tennis twice a week and fly fishing in Scotland whenever he gets the chance.
