Marrons has grown its East Midlands teams with a trio of hires following an increase in demand for its multi-disciplinary services.

Heritage director Hannah Hamilton-Rutter, planner Phoebe Conway and assistant planner Joe Ctori have joined the consultancy in Nottingham and Leicester.

Hamilton-Rutter has joined Marrons from RPS where she directed the group's built heritage services in its Newark office. Prior to this, she worked in conservation at both Charnwood and Bedford borough councils.

She said: "Joining the heritage team at Marrons is an exciting step in my career and I'm really looking forward to working with my colleagues to develop their already established presence and reputation for straightforward, commercial heritage advice.

"As well as a strong background across both the public sector and private practice, I hope to bring new perspectives to our practice and our clients' projects, enabling us to realise great development opportunities and benefits for the historic environment."

Conway has previous experience working in planning consultancy in the Midlands on a variety of projects, as well as working client side for a modular housebuilder covering the region and South West.

"Marrons is a highly regarded planning consultancy with a great reputation," said Conway. "I am looking forward to further developing and diversifying my planning experience while working with small and large housebuilders and developers to unlock sites and deliver high-quality developments across the Midlands."

Ctori has joined the team after completing his studies at the University of Liverpool. In his new role, he will be supporting the team in coordinating planning applications on behalf of national housebuilders and land promoters.

Andrew Gore, partner at Marrons and head of the consultancy's Nottingham hub, added: "The market in the East Midlands remains active and there has been a significant increase in demand for our multi-disciplinary services due to our high success rate in achieving planning permissions and allocations for our clients.

"We are thrilled to welcome Hannah, Phoebe and Joe to the team. We have significant growth plans in the business, and all three will help support our ever-expanding client base across the East Midlands. Their invaluable experience and expertise will strengthen the team, and bring new ideas and skills to unlock sites."
