WOODHEAD ‘VENTURES’ INTO NORTH AND CENTRAL REGIONS AFTER SCAPE FRAMEWORK WIN

Woodhead Group, the development, construction and property management business, has been appointed to two regional lots on the Scape Venture framework, a responsible procurement route designed to ensure that privately funded projects deliver positive community impact and value for money.

The family-owned organisation, based in Nottinghamshire, was awarded a place on the framework to deliver projects up to the value of £7.5 million for North and Central England and will start delivering projects from June 2019.

This is the second time Woodhead Group has secured a place on the Scape Venture framework thanks to its social consciousness, proven track record and collaborative approach to projects.

The contract was awarded to Woodhead following its success on the former iteration of the Scape Venture framework, through which two multi award-winning projects were delivered; the National Space Centre Launch Pad in Leicestershire and the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre in Nottinghamshire.
