Gateley announces 21 property and construction consultancy promotions

Professional services group, Gateley, has announced 21 promotions across its specialist property and construction consultancy teams: Gateley Hamer, Gateley RJA, Gateley Smithers Purslow and Gateley Vinden.
Gateley Hamer, a specialist surveying consultancy advising on compulsory purchase, on-site utilities and infrastructure development, has promoted Ben Caldwell to director.
Quantity surveying, employer’s agent, project management and clerk of works construction consultancy, Gateley RJA, has promoted both Anna Powell (née Polton) and Jonny Aldridge to senior quantity surveyor.
Gateley Smithers Purslow, a multi-disciplinary surveying, engineering and architecture consultancy specialising in services to the insurance claims market, as well as public and private sector clients, has announced the promotion of Bryan Downey to technical director. It has also promoted seven new regional managers: Geri Turner – Leeds, Iain Macdonald – Glasgow, Grant Davies – Chester, Jake Soden – Lincoln, Jonathan Marshall – Nottingham, Kartar Soar – Nottingham and Mathew Heydenrych – Reigate. Additionally, Andrew Maude has been promoted to head of expert witness.
The consultancy has also announced the promotions of Fraser Galloway to technical standards manager and Peter Johnson to quality assurance manager. Zoe Hiller, Ben Wheeler and Ali Haggis have all been made up to senior building surveyor.
Gateley Vinden, a consultancy specialising in services for all aspects of the built environment, has also made senior promotions with Paul Walker-Jones and James Read stepping into director roles. In addition, Nick Coffey has been promoted to senior associate and Kenneth Lo to associate.
All four consultancies are part of Gateley’s Property Platform which combines the expertise of legal professionals with the technical skills of its tax specialists, surveyors, architects and engineers to produce full-service property and construction solutions. In addition to the consultancy promotions, Gateley Legal has also made 21 promotions, including three partners, across its residential development, real estate, construction and planning teams.
