Gateley awarded place on ESPO framework

Professional services group, Gateley, has been awarded a position on ESPO’s Property, Building & Infrastructure Advice & Management Services framework (2664). 

The national framework provides a quick, simple and compliant route to market for public sector organisations seeking specialist support across the built environment. Following a competitive tender process, it brings together a list of suppliers with proven experience in delivering the outlined services to local authorities, schools and other eligible UK public bodies. 

The full framework has an estimated total value of £136m and will see the specialist property and construction professionals across Gateley Smithers Purslow, Gateley RJA and Gateley Vinden collectively provide consultancy expertise to the UK’s public sector organisations comprising project management, cost management, energy and environment management, as well as technical and general advisory services.  

Initially for two years, with the potential to be extended to 2030, Gateley’s appointment is across all eight lots covering the North of England, Midlands, East of England, South of England, London, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
