Godwin Group features in the planning and development edition of Evan Davis’ The Bottom Line podcast

Earlier this month, ProCon board member Stephen Pratt, who is also land director of Godwin Group, was featured on the planning and development edition of Evan Davis' ‘The Bottom Line’ podcast.

Stephen sat on a panel which also comprised of Alice Lester operational director regeneration, growth and employment at London Borough of Brent and Janice Morphet the visiting professor at University College London Bartlett School of Planning.

The group talked about their experiences in the property industry and how planners and developers could work together to tackle the issues with planning and development with a particular focus on the residential market.
