Keepmoat Homes is a national developer with a local focus. Based in Nottingham, our East Midlands Region delivers high quality multi tenure homes, at prices people can afford, in places where they want to live.

Keepmoat’s approach to development is to create sustainable communities by investing in the environment, champion the local economy, employ local people and invest in the future workforce through training and apprenticeships. In the last year we delivered £201 million of social value to local communities.

The strength of Keepmoat’s partnership approach is illustrated in the partnership with Leicester City Council to regenerate a large-scale brownfield site at Waterside, alongside delivery of a care block with East Midlands Housing Association.

Keepmoat were one of the first developers nationally to pilot the First Homes scheme to support local first-time buyers and keyworkers. We are currently working in partnership with Homes England to pilot Future Homes using new technologies such as air source heat pumps to tackle the climate emergency.
